My name is Justin and I’m the head writer and producer on Motiveless Crime. Motiveless Crime was created as a way of showing my content/writing muscle as well as a place for people to meet and discuss everything from current events to tabloid gossip. A lot of blogs out there focus on one specific topic, which is all well and good, but sometimes it’s nice to have one place to go for an aggregated news post, celebrity gossip or anything that comes to mind.

I was raised in West Texas, in George W. Bush’s hometown in fact. Despite my surroundings I grew up to be rather liberal-minded and outspoken. I am not a Republican, Christian nor do I own a gun. It probably comes as no surprise that I left my hometown to attend Knox College (Galesburg, IL) in 2005 where I majored in Critical Social Thought and minored in Social Exchange (for more information on this, feel free to contact me). I’ve trained myself to think outside of the box and am consistently told that my viewpoint is distinctively unique.

Two years into my college career I started Motiveless Crime. I found the limitations of the classroom too constrictive and needed an outlet for my creative zeal. After graduation I moved to Chicago which brings us to now. I am currently job-hunting in the Chicago area but would be more than happy to make Motiveless Crime my career springboard.
