This is Pabst. Pabst has the honor of being dubbed the World’s Ugliest Dog for 2009. Pabst probably doesn’t understand that this isn’t really an honor. He does understand that lots and lots of people have been petting him and giving him treats. That’s all that matters to Pabst.
